  • Final project: Design a wellbeing initiative / project for your organization and an Online test

Curriculum Outline

Module 1: Foundations of Happiness at Work

  • The science and the business model of happiness and wellbeing at work. Why it matters for individuals and organizations? ROI of happiness.
  • Start with the data: how to measure happiness @ work, satisfaction and morale – we shall provide you with measurement tools.
  • Introduction to the BAMBA Model for creating a happy workplace.

Module 2: Wellbeing at Work - Fulfilling Basic Needs for Happiness and Productivity

  • Understanding and fulfilling basic physical, emotional, and mental needs at work.
  • Exploring mindfulness to boost self-awareness, improve interpersonal understanding, and drive productivity in the workplace.
  • Take care of yourself first – tips and tricks for a healthy lifestyle and why it is important.
  • Helping colleagues take care of themselves.

Module 3: Mastery at work

  • What is Mastery and how important is it for workplace wellbeing?
  • Measuring Mastery @ work.
  • Developing personal mastery and self-knowledge.
  • Fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.

Module 4: Autonomy at work

  • The value of autonomy for motivation, innovation, and engagement.
  • Measuring Autonomy @ work.
  • Types of autonomy: personal, outcome, and process.
  • Creating an organizational environment that supports autonomy.

Module 5: Belonging at work

  • The role of belonging in individual and team wellbeing.
  • Measuring Belonging @ work.
  • Living your own values at work. Integrating team values.
  • Building inclusive cultures and strong workplace connections.

Module 6: Creating an Abundance Culture

  • Defining and understanding an abundance mindset in organizations.
  • Case studies and best practices from “happy” organizations.
  • Mindfulness–based micro-practices to foster abundance, such as brief gratitude, generosity, and letting-go exercises.
  • Guidance on certification project: Designing a a tailored wellbeing strategy for your organization or client.

Assignments & Assessment

  • Assignments (weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the chosen format): Reflection journals, case analysis, and practical exercises.
  • Final Project: Wellbeing initiative proposal and presentation.

Certification Requirements

  • Attend all live sessions. The program is flexible - complete it at your own pace over 6–12 weeks.
  • Complete online test.
  • Design and present a tailored wellbeing strategy for your organization or client.
  • Receive feedback from instructors.

Certification Includes:
