The intervention uses symbol work and a specific process to make it easier for people in the team to visualize the unresolved aspects of their work, and to deal with clearly stated tasks and goals.
Symbols are used as an additional means of expression in order to interpret team themes such as: awareness, communication, relaxation, co-construction, efficiency, empowerment, task completion, etc.
Objectives:
- to provide an opportunity for the client to see a more human side of their opponent and find similarities or things to respect about them;
- to find a solution for the problem under investigation.
